Help American Workers First
Instead of Union Bosses and Trial Lawyers

The U.S. pornography industry made headlines last week when it publicly asked for a $5 billion government bailout.

It was a little more than a publicity stunt - and drew some laughs.

But America's Union Bosses and Trial Lawyers are in Washington, DC, right now asking for handouts ... and it's no laughing matter.

The Union Bosses are promoting the "card check" bill that would strip American workers of the secret ballot in Union organizing elections.

The card check bill also contains a provision that totally stacks the deck against American employers during labor contract negotiations. If a contract is not agreed to in 120 days (not a long time in the context of first contract negotiations), the matter could be forced into binding arbitration. An arbitration panel would then hand down a contract that would be binding on both sides for two years - on issues ranging from pay and benefits to working conditions - without any say from the workers.

As for the Trial Lawyers, they are asking for legislation and executive actions that would grow their lawsuit industry and threaten American employers. Believe it or not, they're even asking for the creation of a White House "Lawsuit Czar."

In all of the above cases, American employers lose. And that means American workers lose.
