Yes, I agree with the U.S. Chamber 's mission of making America's legal system simpler, fairer and faster for everyone.

I believe that America's legal crisis driven by trial lawyers who are exploiting flaws in the system in search of jackpot justice is bankrupting companies, putting employees out of work and driving up consumer prices. Therefore, I support the Chamber's efforts to:

• Enact commons sense reforms to ensure fairness in liability suits.
• Ensure damage awards are fair and equitable.
• Eliminate frivolous lawsuits.
• Enforce legal ethics rules.
• Neutralize plaintiff trial lawyers' excessive influence over the legal and political systems.
